We accept returns for damaged or defective products We will replace any damaged item. We want to Satisfy our customers and we will Always find a fair solution to meet all your needs.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE

We Ship Everything UPS and Fed Ex. Eee We are not responsible flost packages We provide you with a tracking number. You must follow up with shipping company if you wish to file a claim or inquire about a package.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please go to the post office for your exchange. Email us the Tracking number of return at info@masterswindowtinting.com so that we can rush you out another one without delay. We can NOT send you a replacement without a tracking number from the Post Office. The buyer is also responsible for all shipping expenses to ship the item back.

RETURN

Contact us to get the return address and send us the return tracking number within 4 days.

 


Returns won't be accepted if we didn't receive the return tracking number within 4 days.
The 4 days time frame will start same day the return address was provided to you.

We cannot be held responsible if you failed to send us the return tracking number within 4 days.

It is not our responsibility to send you follow up or reminder to return the package within 4 days or to send us the return tracking number.
By returning the product, we DO assume that you have read the refund/return policy.

RETURNED TO SENDER or DISPOSED BY POST OFFICE

If your order was tagged as Returned to Sender / Disposed by Post Office by the courier due to incorrect address on your order form, we won’t be able to offer a Refund, only reshipment. It is your responsibility to double check the information on your order form.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Returned items will be given a FULL STORE CREDIT. Refund is in form of store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 


SHIPPING

To return your product, Please contact us at info@masterswindowtinting.com and notify us of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
